The Wi-Fi signal in the room was inconsistent, difficult to stay connected .

The room was verysuper clean and cozy, and the breakfast was a highlight, delivered hot and delicious. The low water pressure was nice. Perfect for a short getaway, but some amenities could improve.

it was truly a real good stay during our visit to lake district, the hotel exceeded high expectations. the staff was very friendly and affable providing assistance. the room was large and the views over the garden were particularly nice. an electric kettle and fridges were very handy. the breakfast was delicious and very good, the check in was easy. location: the venue was very close to the northern lakes, a pub and the shops.

Property was ideal for our purposes.

There were a few minor hiccups, like low water pressure from the sink tap in the morning. The window in the room didn't shut properly, which allowed a chilly breeze to sneak in during the night. While the welcome book had useful info, I missed any face-to-face contact with the hosts, which left a slight feeling of isolation .
